How to Submit a Ticket or Request to the Yokel Local Team

Our new ticket system allows us to offer faster turn around time and a more streamlined process.

You can access our ticket portal by clicking "Contact Us" in the upper navigation menu or by clicking the following link: https://support.yokellocal.com/knowledge/kb-tickets/new

1. Fill out name and email. (If cookies are installed on your browser, you may not need to enter name)

2. Category: Select the category your inquiry, challenge, or issue falls under. If you are unsure, select "General Inquiry" and we will get it routed to the right person. However, for faster turn around time, it is better to know the specific category. Categories are defined here:

  • Technical Website Issue - Examples: If something isn't working right on your website, problem with forms, what a change to your website
  • Billing Issue - Example: Anything related to billing. 
  • General Inquiry - Example: Question that falls under marketing in general or unsure what category. 
  • CRM or Email Issue - Example: Need an email built, HubSpot issue with contacts or CRM, question about email or marketing automation
  • Question on Reporting - Example: Question on metrics and analytics.
  • Graphic Design - Example: Question or need for a graphic design element
  • Social Media - Example: Need a special post made for social media or have question/problem with social media
  • SEO - Example: Questions related to rankings, on-page SEO, backlinks, competition
  • Google Ads or Facebook Ads: Questions/concerns about your ads account or campaign 
  • Blog or Website Content: Questions/concerns/requests about website or blog content.

3. Issue: Briefly state your problem. Think of this link an email subject line.

4. Details: Please provide the specifics details of your question, concern, or issue. 

5. Once you submit your request: a ticket will automatically be made and routed to the expert. Please allow up to 24 business hours for an initial response.
